Villa Timoleon
OUR HOME
Villa Timoleon is the house I grew up in and of which I am very proud.
It was made by my father, Timoleon Andriakopoulos,
a self-taught yet experienced artist.
The house was designed and built with his own hands.
It is a legacy to his talent.
The walls are lined with Mahogany wood. The ceilings, the bookcase, the tables and chairs are all carved by his hand. Paintings on the walls and bedroom ceiling are faithful copies made by him.
Of course, the most impressive part of the house is the imposing stained-glass dome above the dining room.
If you appreciate art then this is the place for you.
The house is a work of art in itself.

A few things about the house
The villa is a detached 160-square-metre, three-storey house, surrounded by a 500-square-metre garden.
It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, on the Athens Riviera, only a
2-minute drive from sandy beaches, 20 minutes from the airport
and 45 minutes to the centre of Athens.
The mezzanine level
Consists of the main entrance hall with bookshelves and the lounge with a bar. French doors from the lounge open onto a balcony overlooking the garden. There is also the main bathroom, the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a single bed.
The attic
Above the mezzanine level is the attic, which comprises a lounge, a WC and two cozy bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed.
The lower level
This has a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, a dining room with a table for 8 people, a fireplace and a bathroom.
This level has access to the garden.
All three levels are connected by an internal spiral staircase.
The garden
It is a tranquil spot, with 50-year-old trees and plants, a gazebo with handmade iron furniture
and a water feature.
All the bedrooms have wardrobes and are provided with bed linen, pillows, and
the bathrooms with towels, soaps, shower gels, etc…
The house has storage heaters and air-conditioning for winter and summer.
There is wi-fi and a 55-inch television set with Netflix, Amazon and Disney+
The property can accommodate 6-8 people, but that can be easily altered depending on requirements.
Of course, for any enquiries you have, you can contact us to help meet your needs.
To get around, you will need to hire a car.
Upon arrival, I will meet you at the airport and guide you to the villa. I will always be available to assist you with anything you might need.
